▲ This museum is for the display and performance of cultural artifacts only and does not provide hot spring services.
▲ The museum building is a designated historical monument. To preserve cultural assets and ensure the safety and quality of visitors' experiences, please follow these rules:

  • The maximum capacity is 200 people. Please be patient and follow  instructions while waiting to enter.
  • Visitors are required to change into slippers provided by the museum upon entry. For special cases, please contact the staff for assistance.
  • Drinks are only permitted in "drinking and rest area." No food or drinks are allowed in other areas.
  • Smoking, fireworks, running, loud behavior, bringing pets (except guide dogs), carrying sharp objects or dangerous items, or engaging in behavior that may endanger visitors or hinder management is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not touch exhibits unless otherwise indicated. Damage to the building, facilities, or exhibits will result in legal action.
  • Children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

▲ Due to laws regarding the preservation of historical buildings, the museum cannot fully accommodate accessibility modifications. Narrow hallways and thresholds make it difficult and dangerous for wheelchairs and strollers to move within the building.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

▲ Indoor photography is allowed for personal, non-commercial purposes, but must not interfere with other visitors, the safety of the historical building, or exhibits. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  1. Visitors are prohibited from using flash, tripods, reflectors, or photography lighting equipment inside the museum.
  2. No disruptive actions such as running, jumping, lying down, using props, leaning on historical buildings or windowsills, or touching exhibits are allowed.
  3. Photography must not violate public morals, laws, or infringe on the rights of others (e.g., portrait rights). Be mindful of the museum's intellectual property rights, and no commercial use of photos is allowed.
  4. Commercial photography, wedding photography, personal portrait sessions, product photoshoots, costume shoots, graduation photos, group photos, photography lessons, and any other activity that may affect the safety and order of the museum or the experience of other visitors are strictly prohibited. Any photography disrupting the experience of other visitors will be stopped, and the visitors may be asked to leave.
